The hotel's location was convenient to many attractions. I found the breakfast buffet had a great selection. The room was always clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist with any questions.
The gym was somewhat small and had limited equipment.

The staff provided prompt, attentive service. They also gave helpful advice regarding local transportation. Check-in was efficient and the concierge readily assisted with luggage. Staff were professional.

The breakfast buffet had Turkish pastries, fresh fruit, and a variety of cheeses. I enjoyed the traditional Turkish coffee served each morning. The food was AMAZING!!! I appreciated the selection.

The location was alright, close to some attractions. I guess that's something.
The air conditioning barely worked. It kept switching off, even at night! it was really uncomfortable, and the staff couldn't seem to fix it. also, there was quite a bit of noise from outside and the hallway. I could hear cleaners and people in the next room. it wasn't relaxing at all.

the breakfast had a big variety and the beds were comfortable and clean.
The air conditioner had programming that turned off after a short interval, and it was very hot all night. the staff was not able to resolve it because it was programmed by the hotel. This was very unpleasant.

I was happy with the hotel location. It was near main attractions and tram station. Staff helped us a lot with our suitcases when checking. The hotel also helped us with a late checkout. It was much appreciated.
The hotel rooms are small. It is situated on a very busy cobbled street in the old town. This situation made transport harder.

The hotel has a supermarket across the road. This was very convenient for buying snacks and drinks. The location is excellent. The square is a short walk. I found local restaurants and shops close by.

The reception staff was friendly at arrival. Staff sorted airport transfers for us. They provided local info and flowers for our room. Junus was attentive.

The buffet breakfast included scrambled eggs. There were many other options available every morning. Staff made sure to replenish food. This was very helpful for all guests. It was bright and clean.

The location presented an unbeatable access to popular historical sites. Many restaurants were available nearby. The staff seemed friendly, especially Yurus, Ersin and Abdurahman, I like it.
Air conditioning proved very poor, very inconsistent. Noise was present both from outside and from the floor. Pictures advertised showed a different reality when I saw the hotel, it feels too small.
